Jones, Kitrosser Named 2017 Guggenheim Fellows

Congratulations to Professor Susan Jones and Professor Heidi Kitrosser, who have been awarded 2017 Guggenheim Fellowships. Appointed on the basis of prior achievement and exceptional promise, the highly competitive, national fellowship is awarded annually to about 175 scholars and artists selected from nearly 3,000 applicants. Jones, who has a joint-appointment in the College of Biological Sciences and College of Science and Engineering, is a historian of science, medicine, and technology also trained in biology and veterinary medicine. Kitrosser, a member of the Law School faculty, teaches and writes about government secrecy, the constitutional separation of powers, and speech and press freedoms. Learn more >>
