Higher Learning Commission Site Visit
Twin Cities faculty, staff, and students:
The Higher Learning Commission (HLC) is the institutional accrediting body that comprehensively evaluates our University. An HLC review team will be visiting campus on September 29 and 30 to meet with academic leaders, faculty, students, and staff.
The review team will hold three forums open to the University community to gain feedback on topics related to accreditation, including: 1) Mission, 2) Integrity: Ethical and Responsible Conduct, 3) Teaching and Learning for Student Success, and 4) Sustainability: Institutional Effectiveness, Resources, and Planning. There will also be open drop-in sessions for faculty, staff, and students. Information about the review and our site visit, including the schedule of open forums and drop-in sessions, can be found on our 2025 HLC Comprehensive Evaluation website.
We look forward to welcoming the review team to our campus and taking part in this important process.
Sincerely,
Gretchen Ritter
Executive Vice President and Provost
