An update on the national search for the vice provost of enrollment management

I am pleased to share an update on the national search for the next vice provost for enrollment management for the Twin Cities campus.

Working in partnership with WittKieffer, we are actively recruiting candidates and encourage you to share this opportunity with qualified colleagues and leaders both within and beyond higher education. This is a critical leadership position that will shape the future of undergraduate enrollment on the Twin Cities campus while contributing to a coordinated enrollment vision across the University.

The vice provost for enrollment management will serve as the chief enrollment officer for the Twin Cities campus, providing strategic direction and operational leadership for undergraduate recruitment, admissions, the four-year scholarship program and financial aid.

The role is complementary to the University’s inaugural vice president for strategic enrollment management position. While the vice president will lead the development of an integrated enrollment strategy across all five campuses — working closely with campus chancellors and enrollment leaders to advance a shared vision for recruitment, admissions and financial aid — the vice provost will focus on enrollment leadership and execution for the Twin Cities campus. Reporting directly to me and conjointly to the vice president for strategic enrollment management, the vice provost will play an important role in ensuring alignment between Twin Cities priorities and the University’s broader enrollment strategy.
