    • Referral to Equal Opportunity and Title IX for complaints regarding discrimination, sexual misconduct, nepotism, or related retaliation
    • Added a statement prohibiting retaliation
    • Clarity added to the process for identifying the Academic Complaint Officer and Complaint Coordinator; roles and responsibilities of hearing panel, and timeframe for completion
    • Added information about a pre-hearing conference, hearing rules, burden of proof, decision delivery, and appeals
    • Roles and responsibilities moved from the policy document to the procedure document
