Communications

The following is an archive of communications sent by the Office of the Executive Vice President and Provost to faculty, staff, and/or students.

Late last month, we asked units to complete a Departmental Logistics Plan as part of our updated Sunrise Plan guiding work at the University. Every unit is required to submit this plan, including units that are continuing to carry out work remotely without the need for work that must be completed on campus.

Recommendations to guide spring semester planning

All undergraduate courses originally scheduled to be in-person or blended, but were switched to be delivered at a distance for the first two weeks of the semester, can resume as planned starting Monday, September 21.

A collection of resources to support instruction this fall.

Some of you may have noticed a pop-up notification in the last couple days that appears on the MyU portal for students. The pop-up requires students to acknowledge information about COVID-19 and its risks before they can proceed to course materials and other information on the MyU portal.

Every unit should complete the Departmental Logistics Plan, which will route to the Dean or Resource Responsibility Center (RRC) leader.

The Sunrise Plan process for returning to work has been updated and University leadership and supervisors will be reviewing the work that needs to be done on campus.
